The air conditioning wasn’t working I went and spoke to someone and they brought up fans which was fine then around 3 am air conditioning unit kicked in blowing warm air out and very loud so woke me up the next morning I put a complaint in and the lady was very helpful and apologetic she said she would look in to it a week later I got an email apologising saying I could have a refund that was 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting

The food at the Hilton is always very good. The rooftop bar is an amazing place to get a drink. The beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. It’s overall a really good hotel and a great experience.

地理位置不錯，就在河邊，河對面是林肯大學，離市中心也很近，坐船、吃飯、逛街都很方便～酒店服務還不錯，早餐種類算多了，畢竟是希爾頓旗下的～但是設施是真的老了，地毯已經老的洗不乾淨了，酒店該考慮重新裝修升級下了～圖片是周邊環境，不得不説，林肯這座小城很安逸舒適～
